WHAT OUR RESIDENTS SAY
We have lived here for five years and love it. The building is very secure, clean, quiet and close to grocery stores and public transit. The management team lives on site and addresses all issues immediately. The grounds are always in immaculate condition. I highly recommend Olympia on the park.
From the first time I walked into this building, I knew it felt like home. I fell in love with it immediately. In fact, after comparing it to the condo I was selling, I would have chosen this apartment over my condo without hesitation, and I loved my condo.
There is a beautiful park right across the street, and the neighbourhood is quiet, friendly, and feels very safe. The people in the building are respectful and welcoming, which makes it such a comfortable place to live.
One of the things I appreciate most is that the owners live in the building. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and the people who live here. If something needs attention, it’s dealt with quickly—sometimes before you even realize there was an issue. That kind of care is pretty rare.
The whole building has an upscale feel, not just the individual apartments but the common areas as well. Everything is well looked after, and it really shows. Anyone that comes to visit are always impressed.
Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m so happy I chose this building, and I can honestly say I look forward to calling it home for many years to come.
My husband and I moved to our apartment in November 2023 and we are extremely happy that we did. This was our perfect place to retire. We love the park like setting and the views at sunset are gorgeous. The apartment is more spacious and open than our home, a perfect canvas to build our new lifestyle on. Being in a secure building we feel safe and all our needs are met with having our very own laundry/utility. Tenants are well cared for here. Cannot imagine living anywhere else.
After living at Olympia on the Park for the past year, we can honestly say it has been a wonderful place to call home. As retirees, we were looking for a quiet, comfortable community, and that’s exactly what we found.
The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, and we’ve enjoyed getting to know so many kind people.
Having a beautiful park directly across the street has been a real bonus. We love taking leisurely walks, enjoying the scenery, and spending time outdoors.
The property is very well maintained, with clean, attractive grounds that show the care and pride taken in the building. It’s a peaceful place to live, and we appreciate the sense of safety and community here.
We are very happy with our decision to make Olympia on the Park our home and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept, and welcoming place to live.
Carlos and I have been living at Olympia on the Park for over two years now, and we absolutely love it! The community is wonderful, the common areas are always well kept, and Lina and George are constantly making thoughtful improvements. The apartments are impeccable, and you can really tell every detail was carefully planned. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for peaceful, quiet, high-quality living.
We moved in when these units were brand new, and from day one, it truly felt like home. Over the past five years, we’ve enjoyed a consistently safe, quiet, and welcoming environment where our family feels completely secure and comfortable.
Beyond the modern units and great design, what truly sets this community apart is the people. We’ve been blessed with amazing neighbors who create a genuine, friendly atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another. It has been an exceptional experience, and we couldn’t be happier to call Olympia On The Park our home!
My wife and I have been living at the Niagara Olympia apartments now for just over 2 years. The tenants are very friendly and respectful and the apartments are more spacious and beautiful than others we looked at. The landlords , George and Lina are kind and attentive to any matters that may arise. We feel it’s a very safe environment for seniors and families with small children. There is a nice park across the street where you can stroll around, watch baseball games or play pickle ball
We moved here in December of 2023, just as the building was being completed. We immediately loved the size and layout of the apartment and the beautiful high-end appliances and finishes. The north end location is awesome, close to all the amenities of Stamford Centre in Niagara Falls…grocery stores, LCBO, craft breweries, Restaurants, Fitness centres, walking trails, golf courses, excellent schools, and the scenic Niagara Parkway.
The owners; George and Lina, are more like family than landlords. They are genuinely happy to interact with the tenants and are always working to make everyone feel like this is your home, not just an apartment. Located directly across from Ker Park with Baseball diamonds, Soccer fields and Pickleball courts (free for all to use), this is a perfect spot for young and old alike.
My husband and I moved to Olympia on the Park in May of 2025. We looked at this apartment before relocating from the United States and signed a lease shortly thereafter. We loved it from first viewing. The grounds and interior common areas are immaculate. The lawn is tended to on regular basis and building interior is cleaned weekly. Each unit has its own laundry room and they are nicer than in most homes. We were surprised at how spacious the units are and also by the abundance of closets. Everything is bright and tastefully decorated, including the beautiful kitchens which have plenty of cabinet space. The bathrooms are safe if you are a senior, with bars in both the shower and tub. The walls are such that you cannot hear anyone next door or upstairs. Our apartment is close to elevator and we never hear it.
The owners, George and Lina Bhadi who are also the landlords, are amazing. From the very beginning we felt like we were renting from friends, not strangers. They live on the premises and are both always accessible if there is a problem. Living here doesn’t feel like we are in an apartment…this is “home.”
I moved to Olympia on the Park two years ago, and I have never regretted my decision to leave the bustling city of Toronto for the quieter lifestyle near Niagara Falls. My apartment has become a true haven, offering quality construction, modern appliances, and excellent soundproofing that creates a peaceful environment despite the diversity of residents in the building.
What truly sets Olympia on the Park apart, however, is the sense of community. This is more than just an apartment complex—it is a neighbourhood where people genuinely care about one another. That atmosphere begins with the owners, George and Lina Bahdi, who also live on the property. Their presence, commitment, and accessibility foster a welcoming environment where neighbours look out for one another while always respecting each other’s privacy.
The property is thoughtfully designed to encourage both privacy and connection. Every apartment has its own private balcony, while the backyard gazebo provides a welcoming place for residents to gather on warm evenings. Each year, the Bahdis host a community barbecue that introduces new residents to their neighbours and helps everyone feel at home from the very beginning.
Their commitment to maintaining the property is evident in the continuous improvements made throughout the buildings and grounds. Beautiful landscaping, comfortable benches, well-maintained walking areas for pets, regular window washing, and routine furnace filter replacements all contribute to an attractive, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to live.
Olympia on the Park offers more than quality apartments—it offers a genuine sense of belonging. I am grateful to call it home.
We have lived here just over a year now and every one is great. Friendly and kind. George and Lina are extremely accommodating and keep the property neat and tidy and immediately address any concerns. They are great landlords! The units are lovely, great design details with everything you need.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am pleased to write this letter in support of George and Lina and the wonderful job they do managing our building on Swayze Road in Niagara Falls.
Living here has been an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed into a community where people genuinely care about one another. George and Lena treat every resident like family, and that kindness is reflected throughout the building.
They take exceptional pride in the property. The building and grounds are always clean, well maintained, and inviting. The parking lot is consistently kept in excellent condition, and whenever maintenance or repairs are needed, they respond promptly and are always available to help. It is clear they care deeply about both the property and the people who live here.
One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community they have created. They organize gatherings and parties that bring residents together, making everyone feel included and welcome. Their warmth, generosity, and genuine concern for others make this much more than just a place to live. It truly feels like home.
I cannot say enough positive things about George and Lena. Their dedication, professionalism, and compassion make a lasting difference in the lives of everyone who lives here. I highly recommend them and am grateful to call this building my home.
Sincerely,
Resident.
I have lived at Olympia on the Park since May 2025. From the first time I viewed a unit I knew that this was where I wanted to live. I absolutely love living here. The units are modern and spacious with lots of storage space. The buildings and grounds are well lit, clean and very well maintained. Any amenity you need is very close by. There is a lovely community feel and everyone I have met has been kind and friendly.
Lina and George the owners also live in the complex and are extremely kind, caring and accommodating. If something needs attention it is dealt with pleasantly and quickly.
I look forward to spending many years here.
